1-Local Storage:

First of all, download the ZArchiver app from Google Play. Now in internal storage navigate to (WhatsApp/Databases) these folders should be in your Android folder if not then they should be anywhere in internal storage. Then rename the latest backed-up file to (msgstore.db.crypt12). Now uninstall and reinstall the WhatsApp app. After installation enter your phone number and go through the process. After verification of the 6-digit PIN, turn off the internet connection of your phone (Wi-Fi and Cellular Data). Wait for some time and click the skip options when they appear. Now a pop-up will appear which will be about restoring backup from local storage. Here validate your backup and click the Restore button. Turn on the Internet connection of your phone. A pop-up will appear on your screen. Do not click any button. Chats will start to restore from local storage and keep WhatsApp open till the process ends. After the restoration is complete, force stop the WhatsApp application. Then reopen it. That’s all now enter your name and you are ready to go.

2-Google Drive:

To restore your WhatsApp data, you need to have a backup. If you have an automatic backup turned on, you may already have a backup to restore. However, if you don’t have a backup this process won’t work. Now to restore your WhatsApp backup you’ll need to uninstall the WhatsApp app and reinstall it. When you reinstall the app, open it, select your language (English is preferred), and agree to the privacy policy. Next, choose your country and enter your phone number. You’ll see a pop-up asking you to continue, click on it. Another pop-up will appear asking you to back up and restore your chats. This will show you the backup size and the Google Drive account where the backup is stored. If you are satisfied with the information, click the Restore button. The process may take some time, depending on the amount of data you have. It’s best not to disturb the process, and you can keep the app in the background. Once the process is complete, you’ll have all your WhatsApp chats and data back. This process only works on Android
